Michael Yaw Adom, popularly known as MaQashTheHustler, is a Ghanaian-US based Hip-Life recording artist, DJ, creative entrepreneur, and cultural advocate recognized for his contribution to contemporary Ghanaian street culture and creative arts.

In 2015, the curator of Music of Black Cultures and founder of AfroGhana released his debut studio album, Today’s Picture of Tomorrow’s Reality, under his independent record label, Unapologetic Records; AfrikaWeGoHard. The project marked the beginning of his journey as an influential voice within Ghana’s creative industry, establishing him as both an artist and a cultural force.

Over the years, MaQashTheHustler has continued to make a significant impact as an independent contractor, creative innovator, and promoter of Afrikan culture, arts, and tourism. His work aligns with global movements that have amplified Ghana’s cultural identity, including the historic Year of Return initiative, which reconnected the African diaspora to the Motherland.

Beyond music and entertainment, he is an entrepreneur and business leader with interests spanning agriculture, media, branding, and cultural development.  The Hip-Life rapper holds an Associate Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management, combining business expertise with creative vision to build impactful brands and ventures.

Continuing to evolve both artistically and professionally, MaQashTheHustler is preparing for the release of his forthcoming album, The Misconceptions of Michael Adom, scheduled for the Harmattan season of 2027.

The “Chaley What Dey Happen” hitmaker, who is also an independent contractor of Washington, DC, serves as the CEO of Makqash Ventures.
